Spring Up

Crazy Love Church recently had a conference called “Voice of the Beloved” with speaker Deborah Cofer. On the first night of our conference, the Lord gave me this word.

Isaiah 43:19, “Behold, I will do something new, now it will spring forth; will you not be aware of it? I will even make a roadway in the wilderness, rivers in the desert.”

Song of Songs, “For behold, the winter is past, the rain is over and gone.”

Spring UP, spring UP. Winter is past, springtime has come. The Lord has changed the seasons. Sometimes winter is over but it doesn’t feel like it. It’s still cold, or there is still snow on the ground. But it really is spring, the snow just hasn’t melted yet.

But the season has changed. The Lord is giving you Isaiah 43:19, his promise to you. He is saying, “Behold, I will do something new, now it will spring forth; will you not be aware of it? I will even make a roadway in the wilderness, rivers in the desert.”

Behold: Set a new vision before you. He calls you to not look back at the disappointments, the what-if’s, the “I wish it would have been different.” But instead, behold—look ahead, look to him. He said HE WILL do something new.

And he is going to do it NOW. Right NOW, he is calling this new thing to spring forth. Do you see it? Will you be aware of it? This new thing, it also means that you need to spring up and rise up into the new thing he is doing. The Lord is saying, “Do you see it? Do you perceive it? Will you be aware of it? Will you believe me enough to let our vision rise higher, to let your eyes behold something different?” Rise up in faith, spring up into this new season.

I saw a hen sitting on her eggs. There was a red heating lamp over her. I saw her brooding over the eggs. Then the eggs hatched. It was time for the chicks to come out. Some of you the Lord has brooded over. He has brooded over you during your time in the wilderness, the time of this difficult situation, this “winter.” While you felt the pain of the wilderness and winter air, his warm love was brooding over you and developing something greater. It is now time for the winter to end, the wilderness to end, and for you to come out – fully formed and into his new thing! It is time to experience new LIFE!
